Tianjin Precision Mold Co. Ltd. was founded in March, 2004 in Tianjin Economic and Development Zone. Our major business covers precise stamping, design and production of plastic articles by injection molding, and processing of the parts of precise molds. Our dedication to the detailed analysis of every precise part and its exact assembling, and our efforts to provide effective suggestions and active service in later stage, have made our company develop into one of the renowned precise-mold-manufacturing enterprises in Tianjin, and even in Northern China.
Obedient to the business philosophy of “Quality First, Customers First”, we have always been committed to improving our design ability and enhancing our production management, to meet the customers’ needs and win their trust. Happily, we have made greater achievements in the past years, consolidating the basis for our further development. In 2006, we established a branch company in Yantai City, Shandong Province. At the same year, we successfully gained the ISO9001 International Standard Quality Certification. The company’s registered capital rises to 5 million RMB, and its total asset surpasses 15 million RMB. With the continuous import of advanced equipments and the renewal of the old apparatus, we have evolved into a mold manufacturing enterprise with high-quality equipment, full-scale personnel, and complete departments covering wire EDM, electro-discharge, milling, grinding, and CNC processing etc. To 2009, our total working staff has exceeded 70. With our efforts and innovation, we succeeded in passing the ISO/TS 16949 International Standard Automobile Association Certification, significantly showing the rapid improvement of our production quality and management skills.
In order to meet the demands both at home and from overseas for the purchase of China’s products, we expands our production scale, creates precision punching and injection workshop, and enlarges our production projects. Due to our solid foundation for mold processing and particular familiarity with the precise products, the new factory has won our customers’ compliments ever since its establishment.
